My Name is Gen Shimanuki and I am a realtor in Toronto and in the North York area.

My first name is actually pronounced "Ghen".  I am a Japanese Canadian and I was born and raised in Toronto.  I am a University of Toronto graduate with a degree in Human Biology.    I have always been an entrepreneur growing up and have owned many businesses in my lifetime. 

In my career I have had around 18 years of marketing and business ownership experience.  My interest in real estate started over 10 years ago when I first got my license.   My love and passion for real estate has been apparent in the last 5 years of my career. 

I've worked with many buyers and sellers in Toronto using my vast network and negotiating skills.  I work around the clock for my clients and they are always my first priority.   Clients are impressed by the dedication and effort I put into making sure that they receive top quality service and amazing results.
